Mammoth times

I just think the days go by faster and faster.  Last weekend I had too much fun in Mammoth.  Okay, maybe not too much, but a lot.  A lot of fun in Mammoth.  There was full moon hot spring-ing (if I could capture that moment in time forever, I would.  It was amazing), figuring out that 2 people can indeed sleep in the back of my car (although you can't straighten your legs all the way), waking up and seeing the beautiful Sierra, eating a delicious breakfast complete with a chai tea latte at Base Camp, driving around, hiking around, making new friends, petting all kinds of dogs, trying not to pass out from the carbon monoxide at Horseshoe Lake (so sad, such a pretty lake!  And yes, am kidding about the passing out part, we were fine) and going on a epic search for Search and Rescue (or Backcountry) home-made granola bars (unsuccessful).  I really love Mammoth.  I think it has to do with all of the water, and none of the crowds that Yosemite receives.  On the way back we took out time and got a monstrous milkshake from Mono Cone.  Oh Mono Cone, I dream about you at night!  We took our time driving across Tuolumne and I'm happy to say that there is still a TON of snow up there.  Beautiful, just beautiful.  So because I had so much fun last weekend, this weekend was all business.  Looking for jobs, hardcore.  Not my favorite but it needs to be done.  Does anyone want to take a look at my resume?  Does anyone want to just hire me?!
