I'm so excited to do a lot (6 days worth) of sea kayaking around the Sea of Cortez. It's my early birthday present so I feel like it's worth it. And right now I have time to do it...so why not? The only unfortunate thing is that while I was in NY working, I caught some type of terrible cold/cough/fever thing. I have never had a more miserable cross country flight. Thankfully my good friend was able to pick me up from the Max station...I was barely functioning and would have had a hard time trying to figure out how to bus it home (thank you, Jolene!). So I'm still in recovery mode and leave tomorrow. So here's to feeling much better and accomplishing all of my tasks (shopping/packing/laundry/applying for jobs/cleaning) tomorrow! Right? Right?! Ugh. Once I'm there I think it will be just fine.
