I have never been to Wisconsin, until this past week. I stayed in a beautiful cabin in the middle of the woods, looking out over a lake. It was RAINING (argh!) on New Years even though I was ready for huge flakes of snowglobe like snow. Oh well, we got one good day to snowshoe about...which made me feel a little better about all of the cheese curds and beer I consumed. Can you ever have enough of that fabulous combo? Oh yes, and don't forget about all the processed meats! So delicious, and not so healthy, but well worth the indulgence. Wisconsin, I love you! Now it's back to work, looking for jobs, running, and eating less than a pound of cheese a day. I hope that you had a fantastic New Years. I have a good feeling about a new start...
