I like winter?

Well no, I still don't like winter. But you would be proud to hear that I spent this past weekend in the mountains of Idaho (Sun Valley-ish area) in a yurt, playing in the snow. I went with Lincoln and 12 of his friends. I have to admit, I was a little nervous at first. I don't mix well with winter, I'm NOT a good skier (for some reason I though ski skills and snowshoe skills were similar), I had never been snowshoeing before, and I was going to be the new-kid outsider to the group. Lincoln assured me that as long as I could walk, I could snowshoe. And he was right. As far as his friends,; they couldn't have been nicer to me...and were so much fun to hang out with. I had a fantastic time sledding, socializing, snowshoeing...and it was amazing beautiful out in the middle of nowhere. Thanks for inviting me, Lincoln!

That does sound like a good time! You made me a little nostalgic for the days in the Hen House. :)

I think my friends like Katie better than me.
