I forgot to mention...over the holidays, Jo's (my roommate) parent came up from Texas. We needed something to do so we decided to go to Tillamook and visit the cheese factory. This was kind-of a big deal for me because a) I love cheese and b) when I worked in Glacier, I had a friend that lived in Washington and always raved that Tillamook cheese was THE best (pepper jack especially). So it was "like meeting a celebrity" in my roommate's words. I don't know about you, but I could watch them make and package cheese all day. It's really fascinating...even baby Ari liked it! The best part...free cheese tasting! What a great day!

i've been there...it's spectacular!! and did you know that you can actually buy tillamook pepper jack cheese at wal-mart in oklahoma city! only in a gigantic block though, but i still buy it anyway :) we need to catch up soon!!
