snowed in

I thought that I missed winter. The 60 degree weather was freaking me out and I hoped that it would get cold for a little while. I take it all back. Bring back the warmth that kills the polar bears and causes ice shelves to break free. I don't like being iced into my house! What I hate the most is that I totally rearrange part of my life to avoid driving in snow/icy/sleet-like conditions. I know I need to get over it...but I think it will take some therapy and some driving lessons to do that. The saddest thing is, I would love to live in a mountainous state...unfortunately that means more snow than Missouri gets. So I plan on being in Missouri for awhile. Hmm...I guess I'm okay with that...for now.

Random thoughts:
SNL and Jake Gyllenhaal - it was okay...I don't think it was Jake's fault. But I liked his opening monologue where he sang a song from Dreamgirls while dressed like one. It made me laugh. It's been awhile since I've actually sat down to watch SNL...once Jimmy Fallon left...it was all over for me

Girl Scout cookies - I have an addiction to Carmel Delights and Thin Mints...good thing they only sell them once a year

Netflicks - Is it pathetic that I can't wait to get back to my apartment because I know that I have new netflicks waiting for me? Okay...I know it is. What else do you expect from a girl who doesn't have very many friends here!

The Job- I really start the actual job part on Tuesday. I'm so nervous!
