laptops and other Office things

So, the whole attitude of "I can totally be okay without my own personal computer" is not working out so well because...in the "real" world this is easier said than done. I didn't realize that a lot of the tests I have to take and a lot of information that I need for my job require some kind of internet access. You would think that I would be able to find computers easily at work...wrong...because everyone on your unit is using them for patient care (looking up labs, charting, etc...) and you don't really want to get in the way of that. I thought going to the library would be another fix but I go in the afternoon...along with all the teenagers that just got out of school, so there is lots of waiting involved and they have time limits there! So I'm breaking down and starting to look at laptops. I want your opinion though...PC or Mac? I don't know a whole lot about either only that currently...I usually use a PC.

The Office...did you see it last night?! Sooo freakin' hilarious. I think this gal loves the show more than I do...and has a much better blog than me...so go check it out. Maybe then you will be finally convinced to watch. I especially loved all parts of Jim and Dwight's sales trip...so great!

Netflicks...I joined it...I love it...do you care to even guess what my first DVD was? That's right, The Office Season I! I can't help but be obsessed! I love getting real mail and I love movies...so Netflicks makes me happy...it's my newest friend.

Macs are sexy. We just got a MacBook, and I love it. But I use a Mac at work. So having one at home is a bonus when I need to work at home. As fun as that sounds ...
Macs are just smarter. From Brian: Go Mac!
