Let me just say that I love real mail. There is nothing quite as good as getting a letter from someone you haven't heard from or awhile...or even if you have heard from them recently...it's like...they spent time to write to YOU and took the time to send it. That is why I love this time of the year. Wanting to save the world, a part of me wants to let the Christmas card tradition go...because it is wasteful...but I can't because I love real mail...and if more trees have to die because of it...I'm sorry. At least paper disintegrates...eventually...and I try to recycle in all other aspects of my life so...the Christmas card will live on as one of my traditions.
And let me just say that I have the greatest friends EVER...really...they are better than yours :) And the Christmas love-fest continues....

I would just like everyone to know that Katie opens her Christmas presents BEFORE Christmas! Isn't that a big no-no? I didn't tell her to wait but I suspect that even if I did...she would have opened it anyway. Oh well. Merry Christmas Katie.
