a CoMO wedding weekend

Another great wedding weekend is over. This time...it was held in my college town, Columbia Missouri. I have to say...it's always nice to go back and relive memories and see what else is new in this ever building city (just for the record...3 new super Wal-Marts! "It's Walton's world and we just live in it." It's sad but true!) There is a lot of growth but Lakota, Shakespeare's and the columns (despite construction around them) are still intact so I can't complain too much.

Christy's wedding was beautiful and we all had a good time. We have more Amber stories now due to a bachelorette party scavenger hunt that lead us to Super Wal-Mart on a Friday night in search of many things...one being a mullet. Needless to say...it was not hard to find. Otherwise, Amber was our MVP (there were two teams competing) due to the fact that she is not ashamed or embarrassed or even slightly afraid to ask a man for his business card/number/condom/if his name is Mark (all these were things on our list that we had to find). Because of her perseverance...our team won!
